Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Coach is billed monthly. You can cancel inside the app or by replying to any email from us — no forms, no retention calls.
What data do you see?
Only the accounts you choose to connect, and only the transaction information needed to find recurring patterns and price changes. Connections are read-only, and you can revoke them any time inside Nibella or directly from your bank.
How do alerts work?
When Nibella sees a recurring charge change — a broadband price rise, a streaming tier increase, an energy bill jump — you get a short note explaining what changed, when it takes effect, and the most useful thing to do about it.
Is there a contract?
No. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If Coach isn't earning its keep for you in a given month, leave.
